Upgrade to Mac OS X Lion, What a mess

If you have Snow Leopard and you want to update to Lion, first you need run is the disk utility application and check your disk, if your disk has any problem with the file system, then you must not upgrade your OS, this is my recommendation, however, I managed to install Lion after two days waiting for someone who could lend me a Snow Leopard DVD to format my hard disk, restore from time machine and download Lion again, and now I am still waiting for time machine because is making a new lion backup, it is almost three days to get the new OS version, definitely It is unacceptable.
